Job Description:

Responsible for the overall profitability and sales growth of products, systems & services within a defined geographic region for national and regional institutional & laundry accounts.
Includes responsibility for the management, training and development of the territory managers and territory teams and local sales administrative and sales service support staff.
Maintains and grows existing Customer Account Base.
The Manager is required to assist in company sponsored functions such as trade shows and maintain any required memberships.
Inform customers of changes in technology and introduction of new products that would enhance their business.
Design selling strategies for existing and target accounts.
The Manager is to provide positive leadership to staff linked to the culture/values of the Company and business plans of the organizations.
Monitor and Control Factors that affect Field Profit Contribution.
Continually be aware of skill development.
Demonstrate values of the Company.

CONTACTS:
Contacts with Head Office usually involve the following departments:Marketing, Corporate Accounts, Business Development and Distributor Management regarding relevant business activity and marketing changes within the region; Equipment, pertaining to the ordering of equipment for regional needs; Technical Centre for the follow-up on product complaints involving quality and requests for product formulas; Credit for consultation on account status, collections and release of products; Customer Service/Management Centre; Human Resources regarding Employee Relations matters.
