Tower Fitness maintains, repairs, delivers and installs cardio and weight training equipment. We are seeking entry level to experienced Fitness Equipment Repair and Maintenance Technicians to travel throughout the Lower Mainland repairing and maintaining equipment for our customers, in both residential and commercial environments. You will learn from a Certified Repair Technician with regards to maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical and cosmetic issues on various brands of cardio and weight equipment.

Though exact previous experience is not required, the successful applicant will have an interest and aptitude for technical issues, and intuition in order to learn quickly. You will exemplify a superb customer service and positive attitude, as well as be a team player. Tower Fitness maintains, repairs, delivers and installs cardio and weight training equipment for both residential and commercial customers. We are seeking entry level to experienced Fitness Equipment Delivery and Installation Technicians to travel throughout the Lower Mainland delivering, moving and setting up equipment for our customers. Typically the starting point for our delivery truck each day will be in Coquitlam, but this may vary.

Though exact previous experience is not required, the successful applicant will have experience as a driver, mover, and/or warehouse or general labourer, and exemplify a superb customer service and positive attitude, as well as be a team player. We currently have a position available in our Vancouver Office for an Administrative Assistant. The main responsibilities include assisting the Business Development Manager with broker relations, maintenance of broker files and other duties related to broker support listed below. The successful incumbent will also provide administrative assistance to the Regional Manager and the other Department Managers as requested.

Responsibilities:

Business Development Manager
· Produce and distribute monthly Productivity Reports
· Issue Company-Broker Agreements and Addendums.
· Update staff and Head Office on any broker changes and appointments.
· Format and distribute departmental/regional bulletins.
· Assist with Website issues, requesting access as needed.
· Correspond with Head Office Accounting and brokers regarding outstanding accounting differences and late payments.
· Participate in various meetings by creating Power Point presentations and occasionally keeping meeting minutes.
· Create informative packages for newly appointed Brokers.
· Distribute company gifts to existing and new brokers as incentive or on request..
· Maintain the broker files with all applicable correspondence and agreements.
· Ensure that all pertinent documents (example: Addendums, Agreements) are signed and duplicated or scanned for Head Office files.
· Coordinate with Head Office in assignment of Agency Codes when needed.
· Maintain a broker email database to be used for distribution of bulletins or contacting key individuals.

· Track broker visits for the commercial department
· Set up meeting and/or travel arrangements
· Provide software and hardware assistance to the branch and be the “go-to person” for any excel spreadsheet or word document problems/issues.

Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years office experience preferably in an administrative role
· Exceptional software skills including MS Word and Excel
· Ability to troubleshoot MS Word and Excel issues
· Previous insurance experience would be an asset
· Professional in appearance and demeanour
