Job Description:
Lisonjh Shabho Canada Inc. o/a Stop n Go is looking for:
Retail Store Supervisor, $15.50 Hourly, Full-time
- All shifts required (day, evening, night, weekends, holidays)
Requirements:
- Completion of High School, preferably with some related course work
- 1 year to less than 2 years related experience in convenience store environment, with some supervisory experience preferred
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- Lottery terminal and cash register paypoint experience
Friendly personality, excellent customer service skills and be able to respond to a variety of customer needs.
Skills and Duties:
- Supervise sales and returns, knowledge of all variety of products sold, stocking of all products including beverages based on planogram
- Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, ordering of all products, dealing with suppliers, receiving deliveries, assign sales workers to duties, sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, maintain specified inventory, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Finding information, Intermediate computer knowledge, Continuous learning
- Other duties assigned such as cleaning, mopping, garbage handling, unpacking, stocking, and carrying heavy product loads

- Convenience/Gift Store, located in North West Calgary.
- On-site customer service.
- Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, handling heavy loads
- Public transportation is available, valid driver's license preferred.
