We are looking for an Office Assistant for our busy Calgary Branch. We are looking for a customer service-oriented individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for Reception, Customer Service, Order Entry, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Answering inbound calls
• Process customer orders
• Monitor customer balances and communicate to Head Office
• Filing
• Sort incoming mail
• Prepare outgoing mail
• Prepare courier shipments as required
• Assist other employees with Word or Excel documents
• Assist Branch Manager with other administrative duties as required
• Taking glove orders and helping customers with style selection
• Fielding Customer inquiries (shipment tracking, pricing, etc.)
• Deal with customer order discrepancies and short shipments
• Act as support for Sales Staff by informing them of the product availability and other information as requested
• Processing credit card payments
• Keeping the show room tidy and organized

Qualifications
• 2+ years of Office Assistant experience
• Professional telephone manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Team player
