Position Overview Position Title: Field Marketing Representative/Product Trainer
Position Level: Field, Part-Time Contract
Reports To: Market Manager or Regional Field Manager

We are looking for talented part time Field Marketing Representatives (FMRs)/Product Trainers to join an outgoing, confident, and driven team of individuals for our upcoming campaign. In this role you will support two leading companies in the retail and financial services worlds as you help share product knowledge that will help others to benefit from their unparalleled co-branded credit card product offering. Paid training for this program starts on or around 9/14 with execution dates starting 9/20 until 12/3/2010 (possibility of extension). Execution training sessions are 4 hours and each Rep will be expected to execute 2-4 a week.

The ideal Training Representative should be skilled in public speaking situations, and comfortable dealing with retail employees of various levels (cashiers up to top management). As a part time Training Representative, your primary objective will be to provide an interesting and interactive training session for employees of the retail organization. Specifically, you will master the training content provided to you and effectively deliver it in a group training setting, including the following topics:

1. Strengthen employee knowledge of the credit card key features and benefits.
2. Provide employees with helpful tips on how to effectively promote and sell the credit card.
3. Reinforce the importance of getting the right credit card for the right customer.
4. Provide selling techniques, best practices, and tips on how to deal with common consumer objections.
5. Reinforce the importance of correctly completing and submitting applications and the resulting impact on the customer.
6. Inspire employees to use creative techniques that result in increased credit card applications during peak time periods.

Requirements
- Public speaking / Group training experience and bilingual in French is a must
- Retail customer service, financial services, and/or sales experience
- Ability to maintain regular communication with field management and commit to a store visit schedule
- Must have a personal cell phone and Internet access
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license with proof of vehicle insurance
- Must have excellent computer skills – typing, Microsoft Office, etc
- Bachelor degree with post graduate work experience
- Professional demeanor; in appearance and communication skills
- Must be available for the whole program
