Responsibilities:

- Offer customers additional Budget products or services
- Complete transactions during contract closing, explaining charges to the customer
- Facilitate the rental of vehicles through insurance companies, auto body and service shops
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspection for both incoming and outgoing rental vehicles
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Complete daily operational tasks (inventory of supplies, etc.) and follow security procedures


Requirements:

- Customer Service and Sales experience an advantage
- Past car rental experience, previous Budget Rental experience an advantage
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a satisfactory drivers abstract or an International Driver’s License
