Sales and Training Specialist - Vancouver, BC

Job Description:

We are looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter with a background in sales and training to join us. We are launching a new online service that will help those in the property management, real estate and legal sectors become more efficient and productive.
In this exciting contract role, you will focus your selling and training efforts on property managers, real estate companies and law firms and notaries, presenting the benefits of and helping the transition to our new service.

Daily Responsibilities
• Develop relationships with customers utilizing excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism.
• Prospecting and qualifying sales leads
• Online and some onsite product demonstrations
• Online and some onsite training for new customers
• Support of the overall sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements (experience/skills)
• Proven record of accomplishment selling business solutions and assisting customers over the phone.
• Experience training customers; software solution training is preferable
• Self starter, capable of working independently as well as a member of a team.
• Exceptional verbal and written skills
• Proficiency with computers and in particular MS Office and Adobe Acrobat is desired.
• Enjoy developing relationships with customer.
• Industry experience in property management, real estate and/or legal sectors is an asset
• Strong internet and research skills

Comments/Special Considerations:
This contract position offers flexibility with the potential for fulltime employment. Applicants should be based in the Lower Mainland with some (10%) travel to interior BC and Vancouver Island.
