Job Description:
We have an opportunity for a highly motivated, sales-service orientated professional to join our team. You will be responsible to lead, develop, monitor and motivate a sales and service oriented team in delivering the highest quality financial, deposit and investment products and services which meet/exceed the needs of the organization, members, clients and potential members, ensuring organization procedures and policies are being met and provide technical and competency direction to staff. Develop and maintain performance management results of employees by performance planning; establishing action plans and performance standards, assessing individual performance progress; ongoing coaching; providing recognition; providing and receiving feedback; conducting interim and annual performance reviews; calculating overall performance ratings.
Successful candidate must have the ability to travel in-between locations as required.
