Within the Food & Beverage division we are currently seeking an experience District Manager who will be accountable for the profitability and sales growth of products, systems & services for a specific geographic region. They must provide the leadership to their team and deliver the strategies to drive a steady flow of new customers and the retention/expansion of established accounts. Depending on the size of the district and the nature of the business, the District Manager will manage several Account Managers and/or Technical Sales and Service Representatives whose primary function is the sale of products, services, and equipment.
In this role, you will: Maintain and grow existing customer account base/develop new account relationships Design and deliver selling strategies for existing and target accounts including product ranges and service offerings to achieve budgeted sales forecasts & profit targets Recruit, develop, manage & train a technical sales team. Manage account territories and customer relationships at all levels

Minimum 3-5 years progressive selling and service experience in a business to business market. Ability to travel 50-60% of the time. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to multiple locations of varying distance in regionof varying distance in region
