Field Sales Representative - Sudbury, ON

Our Canadian operation has been growing for over forty years, and we are looking to add to our award-winning team in Greater Vancouver (North Vancouver, Burnaby, Chilliwack, Vancouver Island and on the North Shore), British Columbia AND in Northern Ontario (North Bay, Sudbury and Orillia). We are currently seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive and achieve specific sales goals by managing the business relationship of accounts within an assigned territory.

The Job:
• Drive and achieve specific sales goals by managing the business relationship of accounts within an assigned territory.
• Determine customer needs, recommend and sell Reynolds solutions that deliver measurable results for our customers.
• Penetrate customer base with additional value added solutions in addition to leveraging special programs to drive sales of targeted solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective expectation setting in the sales process and a smooth sales-to-service transition for implementation.
• Collaborate with dealership personnel to gain a broad understanding of the dealer’s business goals and strategies.
• Partner with Inside Sales team to deliver sales select solutions to customers.
• Prepare and present customer account reviews on a quarterly to basis.

The Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or College diploma
• Enthusiasm, commitment, adaptability, and self-motivation
• Strong team player with persuasive communication skills and selling style
• Organized and personable with strong account planning skills
• Able to travel extensively as position involves up to 50-75% overnight travel
• Good driving record and credit history
• Previous sales or automotive dealership experience is an asset (but not required!)
