Job Description:
Our client seeks an experienced sales rep for Western Canada; therefore, travel will be involved with this position.
The ideal candidate for this position must be able to show a quantifiable, proven track record of sales successes. This product requires a long sales cycle, so you must be accustomed to dealing with a long sales cycle. This is a product that requires a “solution/consultative sales approach”. It will require a great deal of customer interface at the C-level and you should be able to show your extensive experience in that area. Client prefers 8-10 years of sales experience.
If you have experience selling IT solutions or other complex sales, you will have an advantage over the competition.
This position requires that you call upon all types of business entities: healthcare, retail, government, public sector, etc. If you have only called on one industry, you will not be a good fit for this position. Our client is looking for experience with a very diverse customer base.
Because of the nature of this product/sales cycle, you will be calling on the highest levels within an organization and you must be comfortable doing so and be able to show your expertise at his level.
Base is 75K CAD I can include other $$$ info if requested, but a solid commission structure is in place as well and good benefits. I’d rather explain those details when I find a decent candidate to speak with.
