Shipper / Receiver - Burnaby, BC

Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments:
   o Outside vendor receipts
   o Customer returns (RMA’s)
   o Customer part shipments
   o Customer system shipments
   o Internal transfers and adjustments
   o Vendor return shipments
   o Incoming and outgoing document shipments.
- Completing the required paperwork for all courier/carrier shipments.
- Completing receiving reports and receiving logs; maintaining and distributing paperwork.
- Report damaged items not noted at time of delivery to appropriate individual(s) and prepare related paperwork as necessary.
- General warehouse clean up and maintaining inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
- Ordering supplies needed for shipping.
- Support Production department and company when needed.

Skills Required:
- A minimum of 2 years experience.
- Highly organized and excellent time management skills.
- Able to multitask, have a sense of urgency and follow-up.
- Have a strong work ethic and motivated to work hard.
- Have computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Must be a team player and be able to work independently.
