Our success has dictated the hiring of an Administrative Coordinator. The position is integral in the future growth and success of the company.

REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES
Requires a team player who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. 2-5 years related experience is desired along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and database management skills. Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software a definite asset for both positions. Candidates must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily duties.

- Assist with marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Software and consulting invoice preparation
- Maintain training registration, invoicing and communication
- Ongoing CRM data entry and updates
- Coordination and tracking of shipping/receiving
- Enter A/R and cash receipts, prepare bank deposits
- General office and other duties that arise.
