We are looking for talented individuals to join our US flagship office in New York for 1 to 2 months. Whilst in New York you will receive essential training before returning to Canada and establishing either the Toronto or the Montreal office.

Your ideal qualifications:
• university degree (any discipline)
• exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• strong academic results
• track record for meeting targets and deadlines
• international experience (academic or professional)
• passion for business and/or consultative B2B sales
• 1-3 years of work experience.

From the start, all management trainees will focus on sales and their understanding of a B2B sales process. Sales is the most value creating process of a business, it produces results and drives the growth of a company. It is essential for all leaders to have knowledge and a thorough understanding of the sales process, in order to develop a successful business.
Within one year you will have a local or international management position.
