Administrative Assistant - Calgary, AB

Job Description:

We are a Calgary-based private real estate investment firm - with over 20 years of experience - that specializes in the acquisition, improvement and disposal of multi-family Residential and Commercial revenue-generating properties. We are currently seeking a personable and diligent Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Assisting team members with administration as required
-Manage appointments and telephone calls
-Plan, execute and manage corporate events
-Word processing and proof reading with accuracy
-Type, format and produce proposals, reports and documents as required
-Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
-Previous office experience is preferred
-Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
-Flexibility to support several members of the management team
-High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Ability to operate with a high degree of discretion while handling confidential information
-Excellent communication skills

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for real estate. Our office is located in the SW near downtown and the hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. The starting Salary is $12-15/hr dependant upon experience.
