Our Canadian operation has been growing for over 40 years, and we are looking to add to our award-winning team in Vancouver, British Columbia and Calgary, Alberta.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Drive and achieve specific sales goals by developing and maintaining a business relationship with assigned accounts.
* Utilize company resources to maximize revenue and profit growth in assigned accounts.
* Determine customer needs, recommend and sell Reynolds solutions that deliver measurable results for our customers.
* Penetrate customer base with additional value added solutions leveraging special programs to drive sales of targeted solutions.
* Collaborate with dealership personnel to gain a broad understanding of the dealer’s business goals and strategies
* Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner
* Prepare and present reviews to customers on a quarterly to semi-annual basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree, College Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 2 - 4 years of related sales experience
* Enthusiasm, commitment, adaptability, and self-motivation with a drive for results
* Strong team player with persuasive communication skills and selling style
* Organized and personable with strong account planning skills
* Dealership experience as a Sales, F&I or Service Manager is preferred, but not required
* Must be able to travel extensively and have good driving and credit history
