The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is a world class heritage destination located within Banff National Park.
This high volume Resort Hotel includes 487 guestrooms and 11 Food & Beverage Outlets. Opening in May 2003, our Fairmont Gold Floor will be a private and exclusive hotel within a hotel dedicated to providing a consistent high quality of personalized service that is designed to meet all the needs and expectations of the business executive and leisure traveller.

We are searching for a dynamic individual who has proven excellence in Guest Service delivery. Reporting to the Fairmont Gold Manager, this highly capable individual will provide seamless guest experiences by maintaining company core standards and achieving the hotel vision and mission. They are professional and have a proven track record for exceptional guest service and consistently create memories for our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Providing excellence in guest service and acting as a liaison between the hotel and our guests, always responding to guest requests and concerns in a personal, prompt and courteous manner with the ability to think “outside the box”
· Demonstrate a commitment to provide warm, anticipative service to exceed the needs and expectations of our discerning guests
· Provide exceptional Concierge information to our guests about local and area attractions, restaurants, theatres, special events, tickets, confirmations and other available services
· Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty
· Reviewing all Fairmont Gold reservations to ensure all standards are met
· Ensuring strong and effective communication with all other hotels and hospitality service in the area
· Maintain/Exceed company core standards for Fairmont Gold Product and Service
· Ensure existing Environmental initiatives are adhered to and new ideas submitted when possible

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Comprehensive knowledge of Front Office operations, policies and procedures
· Operational knowledge of PMS, Excel and Word
· Demonstrated exceptional guest service with a passion to continually exceed expectations and anticipate need
· Highly motivated, organized, goal and results oriented
· Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
· Professional in presentation and demeanor
