Specific responsibilities include:
Handle inbound telephone enquiries from the public on a wide variety of matters relating to their utility provider such as:

- Customer Care - customer moves, billing inquiries, credit and collection calls
- General Enquiries - utility energy use, cost of energy, cost of energy for appliances, marketing campaigns
- Trouble Call Handling - power outage calls and emergency electric calls
- Complete correspondence and emails to customers
- Customer Service Representatives are evaluated on business performance criteria through quality monitoring and productivity measures and will be coached regularly on their performance. 
 
Qualifications:

- Requirement for flexibility to work a variety of shifts, often on short notice, on an as required basis.  Burnaby (Edmonds) call centre is open Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 8:00 pm Saturdays 9:000 am to 5:00 pm.  
- Successful completion of secondary school education (high school diploma or equivalent).
- 1+ years experience in front line customer service.
