Job Description:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction on installations and service calls. Equipment includes automatic gate operators, entry systems, in-ground vehicle detection loops, and wired and wireless access control. Responsible for continually improving the quality of work, company vehicle and tools, writing service reports, continuously improving service-call and install efficiencies.
SCOPE OF WORK ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Demonstrated experience as an independent field service technician. Understanding of electrical theory, high voltage, multi-phase motors and low voltage controls. Mechanical equipment maintenance skills. Welding experience. Must have demonstrated expertise in electrical and mechanical system troubleshooting with excellent problem solving skills. Low voltage access control. Excellent verbal communication and customer relationship skills. Good written communication required for writing service reports. Must have valid driver’s license.
