Job Description:
Applicant must be able to coordinate emergency service and preventative maintenance on all building systems for group of restaurants/lounges/nightclubs. Must have carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing experience. Knowledge of PA/Sound/Lighting equipment required. Must be able to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on all systems, repair drywall, paint and come up with creative solutions if required.
