Members of our Technical Services Response Centre who in turn are backed by our suppliers’ senior level engineers and product developers support our products and services. We are currently seeking individuals to fill a VARIETY of positions posted within our Technical Services Response Center.

Position: Systems and Network Technical Support Engineers
To serve on a full time basis supporting our current and prospective clients. You will be responsible for addressing any technical issues that may arise during any customer product discovery, evaluation or implementation process.
To provide field and “Help Desk” support in keeping with our commitment to meet our service obligations and maintenance entitlements of our customers. You will be engaged in various projects providing on-site and/or in-house technical assistance provided over the telephone or via email.
Technical information gathering in keeping with the needs of our sales team and clients alike, service reporting, supplier interaction for problem resolution and new product technical introductions
You will be working with our business partners who are leaders and innovators of technology to best serve the interests of our prospects and customers as they undertake new IT initiatives.
Qualification:
A passion for new and innovative technologies but experienced with a good working knowledge of the building blocks of Networks, and associated technical fundamentals.
Good presentation and communication skills with the tenacity and persistence to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
You must be committed to on-going education with minimal supervision in order to maintain our “technical edge” in the marketplace
Areas of familiarity and technical competency should include ANY of the following:
LAN/WAN/VLANS Administration (Firewalls, VPN, SSL VPN, Routers and IP)
MS Active Directory/DNS/WINS/DHCP/SNMP/SMTP, Database Administration
Information Security and Identity Management AV/IDP/HIPS/Authentication/Biometrics)
Vulnerability Management, Network Admission/Access Control, Regulatory Compliancy and Reporting, Secure messaging, Disk Encryption
High Availability and Content delivery Technologies (Load Balancers, Web Application Accelerators, Bandwidth Optimizers)
Web design and content development.
