Distribution Assistant - Toronto, ON

Job Description:

Role Overview:

The position of Distribution Assistant is responsible for all aspects of the customer service support for existing clients, the distribution of uniforms and products to customers, and inventory control.
Key Elements of the Role:
1. Building strong relationships with existing clients; answering customer questions, servicing accounts, and providing product support.
2. Picking and packing orders to prepare for distribution to customers and store transfers.
3. Maintaining inventory levels; stocking, ordering, and organizing all products and taking care of special orders.
4. Fitting customers for uniforms and equipment.
5. Working closely with sales and customer service reps.

Skills Required:
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Great sense of humor, a sense of pride in one’s work, and an enthusiastic attitude
