Job Description:
Tyco Thermal Controls – Tracer (TTC – Tracer) is part of Tyco International a $42 Billion international company. Tracer’s specialty is in providing heat tracing solutions to our industrial client base. Tracer Industries was a privately held entrepreneurial company that was acquired by Tyco in 2001. Due to continued growth, we have an immediate need for a Staff Accountant in our Edmonton office.
Job duties and responsibilities:
Balance sheet reconciliations.
Fixed assets.
Bank reconciliations.
Corporate income tax packages.
GST tax returns.
Financial reporting and budgeting
Business area income and cash flow statements.
Profit center accounting.
Cost center accounting (actuals vs. budget).
Month-end closing activities (g/l analysis, journal entries).
Required experience and education:
3-5 years relevant experience, at least 2 years experience internal or external auditing preferred.
4 year degree in accounting or finance
Sox experience required.
SAP experience preferred.
