Job Description:
SUMMARY:
The International Sales Coordinator is responsible for all international sales coordination. Major responsibilities will include supporting daily sales activity, ,maintaining customer information/directory, review of Purchase Orders, obtaining information on product availability and packaging requirements, letters of credit, tracking of customer shipments, confirming deliveries and communicating status information to the sales team and other individuals as directed. This position requires strong communications between distributors, the sales team and other affected departments. The International Sales Coordinator must have a professional and personable manner and be detail oriented.
Excellent telephone manner, the ability to demonstrate success, to resolve customer service problems and to promote new company products/promotions are essential skills for this position..
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years experience working in an International Sales support position
• Fluency in English, French and at least one other language is a pre-requisite - either Spanish, Italian or German
• Customer focused with excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. Proactive and focused with excellent customer service skills and a solid experience in international sales support and administration.
• The ability to multi-task, understand policies and see processes through to completion by way of feedback, internal reports and managing the company systems.
• Be self motivated, an excellent team player and demonstrate initiative
• Work well under minimum supervision
• Must have a very good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail will be one of your key strengths
• Willingness to learn new things and a personality that thrives on challenging work
EDUCATION:
• University Degree or equivalent experience
